What it does#

Users scan a location-specific QR code to report a problem and create a maintenance ticket without hunting for a phone number or a form.

Architecture#

The front end is built with React and Firebase. The back end runs on AWS API Gateway and Lambda, with DynamoDB for ticket data and S3 for attachments.
